Will the Colorado Avalanche make the playoffs?

I'm really pulling for them, being a huge fan of course! Granted, its a longshot. But theyre hot, especially hejduk, budaj and stastny. your opinion please.

1They've had a nice run, but it might have come too late. The 7th and 8th place teams are 8 and 6 points ahead AND have games in hand on the Avs.

They still have to play the Wild twice and the Flames three more times, which helps their chances. Overall, they probably need to pull 20+ points out of their remaining 14 games to bring it down to the wire.

Looking forward to seeing if they can pull it off. It would be one of the all-time turnaround stories if they do.
